Aftermarket Parts & Electronics Warranty Disclaimer

This document confirms the position of Auto Seven 7 Ltd regarding aftermarket parts, modifications, and non-factory fitted electronics installed on vehicles sold by us.

Important Notice to Customers

Auto Seven 7 Ltd would like to make customers aware that any aftermarket parts, accessories, or electronic components fitted to a vehicle are not covered under any warranty provided by Auto Seven 7 Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Aftermarket stereos, infotainment systems, or audio equipment
• Non-manufacturer alarms, trackers, immobilisers, or security systems
• Dash cameras, parking sensors, or reversing cameras added after manufacture
• Modified lighting, wiring, or electrical components
• Performance modifications or non-standard mechanical parts
• Any accessories or components not originally fitted by the vehicle manufacturer

Warranty Exclusion

Auto Seven 7 Ltd does not provide any form of warranty, guarantee, repair, replacement, or financial contribution for faults, failures, or issues arising from aftermarket parts themselves, their installation, wiring, or any damage caused directly or indirectly by such items.

Any warranty, goodwill gesture, or support provided by Auto Seven 7 Ltd does not extend to aftermarket parts or electronics under any circumstances.

Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing a vehicle from Auto Seven 7 Ltd, the customer acknowledges and agrees that aftermarket parts and electronics are purchased as seen, and responsibility for repair, maintenance, or replacement rests solely with the customer. This disclaimer does not affect the customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
